A Nutritionist Dietitian and passionate advocate for SDG 4, she understands that lasting change is built on education, and she carries that conviction into everything she does.
In her role as Media Lead, Mary Cynthia brings hands-on expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and brand communication.
She is responsible for shaping the foundation's digital presence across platforms, developing content that amplifies VOF's mission and engages a growing community of supporters.
Her approach is rooted in strategy, intentionality, and a commitment to telling authentic stories that drive real impact.
Beyond her media work, Mary Cynthia is the initiator and Project Lead of Clean Water Brighter Future 2025, a community-focused initiative reflecting her dedication to sustainable development and the well-being of underserved populations.
She also operates as an independent Social Media Strategist and Technical Virtual Assistant, helping individuals and organisations across Nigeria build purposeful, results-driven digital brands.
